The Latin Experience

We are a dance club based in West Sussex on the Surrey Borders. 

Most of our classes are held in Crawley, Horley, and Horsham 

Here at The Latin Experience we are teach many forms of dance all with a Latin Feel.

Most people are very apprehensive when they take their first class in dance.  
It is the unknown and they are concerned that they will not cope with, or remember the steps. 
This is quite natural and our instructor's take this all into account. 

There is a whole new terminology to learn let alone the co-ordination and execution of steps. 

The good news is that in our “Absolute Beginner” classes, everybody is at the same level. 

These classes are for people with very little, or no experience in dance, so you are amongst friends.

Our Absolute Beginner classes are structured in such a way that even people who thought they had two left feet realise they can dance a lot better than they first thought.  . 

This enables you to continually further your dance repertoire. 

Each class is like a building block, recapping every thing you learnt the previous week and then adding a few new steps. 

Gradually the confidence builds in the dancer as steps and terminology become more familiar.

Live 2 Dance

Salsa Solo for Absolute Beginners
This is like a salsa workout except the emphasis is on dance and not exercise.

. 
All the authentic steps you would use in a Salsa Partner dance will be danced without a partner.   You will learn how to dance Salsa to Salsa music without a partner.  The music is fast so you are likely to get very warm during this class. 

We ask that you do not wear stiletto heels for this class as the class will be full of beginners and we do not want accidents.  Plus some of our venues do not allow stiletos on their sprung dance floor.
